Free Scout Saturday at the National Naval Aviation Museum

The Naval Aviation Museum Foundation is hosting a free Scout Saturday event on Saturday, November 13 from 10 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Scout Saturday is an event that focuses on the Aviation Merit Badge for Scouts, and is hosted at the National Naval Aviation Museum, onboard NAS Pensacola.

The event is free and limited to the first 45 Scouts. The program highlights the following areas: Aerodynamics, Navigation, F-35 Flight Simulation, Careers in Aviation, and includes Foam Plate Glider Construction and Competition.

Lunches will not be provided. Bring a sack lunch and a beverage that does not require refrigeration. Face masks are required at all times while inside the museum.

Please note: NAS Pensacola base access is currently restricted to Department of Defense ID cardholders and their guests. DoD ID holders can escort up to 15 guests in the same vehicle as part of the Trusted Traveler Program, but must remain with their guests at all times.
